The James Squire Beer Masterclass

Chuck Hahn will present 6 different beers to taste and talk about the virtues of matching beer and food.

The Masterclass will feature a pouring demonstration illustrating how this enhances flavour and visual appreciation. Chuck will guide guests through a beer map of the world while tasting beers from different categories. Guest appearances from Longrain’s Martin Boetz and Sam Christie, Bécasse, Etch & Plan B Chef Justin North, Restaurant Balzac Chef Matthew Kemp and Danks Street Depot Chef Jared Ingersoll co-presenting a tasting dish with selected beers at different sessions.
